The Air Jordan 11 (XI) Original (OG) – Concords (White / Black – Dark Concord) were released in November, 1995, and retailed for $125. They are dubbed the Concords, after the official colorway. They feature a white upper with black patent leather around the base, which was the first time patent leather had been used on a basketball shoe. They also feature a clear outsole, which is adored by many, but made many Jordan fanatics disappointed at the fact that they turn yellow after a while. Other specs of the shoe include a carbon fiber spring plate, ballistic nylon uppers, a Huarache inner sleeve, quick lace system, carbon fiber sheath and air sole.
